Shipping & Return Policies
SHIPPING
Orders are processed and ready to ship within 3 business days, but most get processed within 24 hours. The majority of our domestic shipments are done via UPS, except PO boxes, which go USPS. International shipments go with DHL where DHL delivers. We offer both standard (1 to 5 business days depending on the location in relation to the origin office location) and expedited shipping (2-Day, which is 2 business days regardless of location). We do not offer an overnight shipping option at this time. If you need an item before a certain date, please email us so we can ensure a proper delivery date.
We may choose a different shipping carrier in the event of an oversized or overweight package.
When checking out, please make sure that the shipping address is the correct one. We are only able to ship to the address listed.
Customers are automatically sent a tracking number when the item is fulfilled, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. Joy of Luxury is not responsible for missing packages if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, email us for next steps.
For international clients, please be aware that we will not cover any import duties or taxes. Items are shipped with the full declared value.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Carrier calculated at checkout via DHL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED/IGNORED AND/OR IF THE CARRIER CLASSIFIES AS UNABLE TO DELIVER SHIPMENTS. Pricing does not include duties/taxes for International shipments. Should your shipment incur duties/taxes, these are the customers responsibility and release Season 2 from any/all liability pertaining to said shipment. Items are shipped with the full declared value.
RETURNS
To return eligible items (clothing only), you must request a return within 14 days of original shipment date, and return the item(s) within 21 days of original shipment date. The red tag must also still be attached for your item to be eligible for return. Items received after 21 days may be eligible for consignment. $15 will deducted from your refund when your item is processed. Your refund will be processed after the item is received by our showroom and inspected for any additional signs of use or wear. Once this process is completed, your refund will be initiated, and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your original form of payment. At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases of handbags or accessories. Since all items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid resulting in handbags and accessories being final sale. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please also be aware that all of the items listed with us are previously owned. Unless described as 'brand new', items may not be pristine and majority have been carried. Please review photos carefully with zoom prior to purchasing. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresentation.
All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found to be counterfeit with a third party reviewer or not as described, please contact us for further instructions. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic or is not as described, please email us immediately at info@joyofluxury.co so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly. We must be alerted of any issues within 3 days of the tracking indicating delivery.
