If you are interested in selling or consigning your item to Joy of Luxury, please read the following terms and conditions before fill out the form (you can get to the form by clicking to button at the bottom of this page). Have questions? You can email us a info@joyofluxury.co. Here are the terms an conditions of selling or consigning with Joy of Luxury:

• Fill out the form below with as much detail as you can share about your item. This ensures that we are providing you the most accurate estimate. All estimates are subject to adjustment if there is anything that is not disclosed in this form, but discovered upon the items arrival (i.e. smells, stains, scratches, etc.)
• Once you have submitted this form, we will send you an email with the price we are offering for your item. The form will include the option to select a buyout payment or a consignment payment. A buyout means that we pay you immediately after we authenticate the item! A consignment option means that you are paid out on the 10th of month of the following month your items sells (i.e. if your item sells in Dec. your payout will be initiated January 10th.) (We are currently paying out through Zelle)
• A buyout is always a 50/50 split, while we have a tiered commission structure for consignment. Please refer to the table below for more details.
• If you have chosen to consign with us, your have agreed to a 90 day term agreement for us to keep the item. If it does not sell within 90 days, we will reach out to you to see if you'd like the item returned to your, or to mark it down. As per these terms and conditions, if you have decided to have the item returned to you, it will be your responsiblity to pay for the return label.
• If you accept our estimate, you're welcome to come drop the item off in-person if you're local. Just let us know and we will schedule a drop-off appointment with you. If you'd like to mail your item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your item.
• Once we receive your item, we will reevaluate the item to make sure there was nothing missed in this form. If there are any adjustments to the price, we will reach out to you with a new offer. If you reject the new offer, we do ask that the consignor pay for the return label and we will mail the item back to you. If you accept the offer, we will continue with our standard process.
• We will also authenticate the item. Please be aware that Joy of Luxury is actively anti-counterfeit. We authenticate your item before paying out your offer. If the item is deemed not authentic, we charge a $100 fee and destroy the item. We do not return the item under any circumstance as the item was sent to us with the intention to sell.
• When the item is deemed authentic, we will alert you and send a Zelle payment based off the offer agreed upon.
